EK-Loop Soft Tube 10/13mm 3m - Clear is the highest clarity transparent soft tubing EK has ever created. It has high transmissibility to UV-Type A and UV-Type B, allowing compatibility with UV reactive coolants. But it also has low transmissibility to UV-Type C to prevent deterioration and discoloration of the coolant. Designed and manufactured for the most demanding customers, who want the added practicality and ease of use of soft tubing.

High resistance to leaching was one of the paramount focuses while making this tubing. EK-Loop Soft Tube uses a non-Phthalate plasticizer. It is resistant to degradation and discoloration from Beta, UV, and Gamma rays. All components used in manufacture are US FDA sanctioned for food applications and meet USP Class VI for use in the medical industry.

One of the main reasons for colored coolant breakdown is the exposure to sun rays through the tubing wall, EK-Loop Soft Tube effectively solves this with special ingredients that allow it to be highly UV-Type C resistant.
